Phone (CATI)

Telephone surveys are a quick, efficient means of gathering data. Response rates are higher than with other methods due to a "captured" audience and the added benefit of human contact. Respondent answers can easily be probed and clarified to extract additional or more detailed information.

Our 300+ CATI station phone room is staffed by specially trained interviewers. We have several dedicated inbound toll-free phone lines, allowing respondents to call in at their most convenient time. We take full advantage of the Enghouse Survox CATI software package, which provides clients with real-time reports and gives us the capabilities to hand dial cell phone sample while simultaneously predictively dialing landline sample.

Intercept studies are designed to capture audiences in their own environments. Whether in a mall, an airport, or vacation area, the intercept method often finds the participant in an activity that relates to the research goal. With carefully crafted questions relevant to the environment, the interviewer can receive top-of-mind responses.

Intercepts are commonly carried out in or outside shopping malls or retail outlets. If a respondent qualifies and is a willing participant, a small incentive may be offered. With modern technology, data collection is captured real-time via web-based survey -- no data entry required and results are available immediately after completion.

Mail Surveys

Low-cost, double-entry verification, Business Reply Mail

Advantages of the mail survey methodology include being relatively low-cost, respondents can answer at their leisure, and any potential interviewer bias may be reduced due to the lack of human contact.

Respondents are requested to fill out a questionnaire at a convenient time and return it via postal service. MAXimum Research, Inc. then utilizes a procedure in which each returned survey is data entered twice, in order to avoid human error. If any discrepancies are found, the survey can be viewed and verified so that the correct entry is made.

From printing and mailing the questionnaires to data entering and tabulating the responses, MAXimum Research, Inc. has the capabilities to handle all your mail survey needs. MAXimum Research has a high quantity Business Reply Mail permit, making your mail study more cost effective.
